Below is a schedule of our weekly classes.

​

We have three certified instructors to help

guide you in meeting your physical fitness goals.

CARDIO/CORE is a full body workout varying weekly utilizing Steps,

the Bosu, Medicine Balls, Balance Balls, Bands, Weights, and sometimes

just your own body weight with PILATES and BARRE.

​

The Cardio focus is on building overall strength & physical endurance,

while Core is a strength & balance focus from the center of the body outward.

 

BARRE, PILATES, and BALANCE BALL classes are held every four weeks

on staggered Mondays (Barre), Tuesdays (Pilates) and Thursdays (Bal-Ball).

HATHA YOGA is a gentle yoga class with emphasis on mind, body

and spirit connections while having fun.  It is designed for beginners

to intermediate students with many modifications offered

depending on your body type and flexibility.

​

The main focus is on yoga poses, connective tissue releases, breath work and relaxation techniques which includes slow flow and core work.  Thus offering challenges physically and mentally to build core and body strength.
